Mitchell comes to CEC after spending the past 16 years with Manhattan Associates (MANH), a global solutions provider for supply chain leaders. Mitchell most recently served as Manhattan Associates- executive vice president, Americas, helping grow the company from 50 employees to more than 2,500, driving annual revenue from $15 million to greater than $375 million, and successfully positioning it as the recognized market leader in supply chain with a market valuation of more than $1.4 billion.

Richard Haddrill
Haddrill is currently the Chairman of the Board of Bally Technologies (BYI), a successful billion dollar global company providing sophisticated technology and services to the gaming industry. Haddrill also served as CEO of Bally Technologies from 2004 to 2012. He came to Bally Technologies from Manhattan Associates (MANH) where he was CEO for five years. Prior to Manhattan Associates, Haddrill was CEO of Powerhouse Technologies, Inc (PWRH). He has also served on the board of directors for six public companies and three venture-backed businesses. Haddrill joins Mitchell and Huntsman and successful business executives Glenn Bingham and entrepreneur Curt Bracken to comprise the Board of Directors.
Jeff Powers
Powers has more than 28 years of experience in sales and sales leadership positions serving the retail loss prevention industry, most recently as vice president of sales at Verint Video Services. He has also worked in senior leadership sales and business development roles with Biometric Access Company, ThingMagic and Sensormatic Electronics.
Grover Trask
Trask is special counsel in Best Best & Krieger LLP-s Municipal Law practice group where he leads the firm-s public policy and ethics sub-practice group. Trask served for nearly a quarter century as Riverside County District Attorney and 32 years as a prosecutor. As District Attorney, he headed the fourth largest District Attorneys office in California with an annual budget of $85 million and a staff of over 800 people, including 256 attorneys. Trask received his Jurist Doctorate from the University of San Diego.
Mike McInelly
McInelly joins CEC after working at Adobe as Industry Strategy & Marketing Manager. He previously worked at Microsoft Corporation where he created first-ever sophisticated multivariate statistical analysis at Microsoft to predict attrition across custom populations. While at Microsoft he was awarded the top MBA intern. McInelly earned an MBA from Brigham Young University, where he was awarded the prestigious Hawes award for finishing among the top 5 percent of MBA graduates.
