The shares are expected to begin trading on The New York Stock Exchange on March 22, 2013 under the symbol MRIN. Marin Software is selling all of the shares being sold in the offering. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 shares of common stock from Marin Software at the initial public offering price.
