OMAHA, NE — (Marketwire) — 01/11/13 — iSECUREtrac Corp (OTCQB: ISEC) announced today that the lawsuit filed by Danielle Brooks against iSECUREtrac in June of 2012 was dismissed by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland this week. The Complaint contained allegations regarding, among other things, the design and performance of the Company-s equipment. The Complaint was dismissed without prejudice and as such, the plaintiff does have the right to file an amended Complaint within 45 days.
