CHICAGO, IL — (Marketwire) — 12/03/12 — , developers of the e-discovery software Relativity, today announced the launch of . The latest version includes enhancements to a number of key features of Relativity, while bringing complete processing capabilities to fully featured review within a single web-based application.
“When developing 7.5, we carefully considered how to bring the worlds of processing and review together seamlessly. We wanted our end users to have the ability to ingest data and begin reviewing documents sooner,” said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. “On top of that, we wanted to improve Relativity-s existing functionality — its usability, text analytics capabilities, and Relativity Assisted Review — as well as make it easier to manage your infrastructure and build on the platform.”
Relativity 7.5 includes:
Because Relativity 7.5 tightly integrates complete processing capabilities with fully featured review, you can process and review data without ever leaving the system. A central dashboard monitors your progress, making sure it-s fast and easy to get native files into Relativity.
Workflow and automation is improved in Assisted Review. You can now run multiple Assisted Review projects at the same time, and use Assisted Review to make determinations on issues, as well as responsiveness. New graphical reports and additional auditing capabilities offer more transparency.
Analytics gains improvements to speed, index quality, and management. Temporary directories and the ability to run categorization jobs in parallel lead to faster index builds and training. New auditing capabilities provide more detail and simplify troubleshooting.
From the ability to cancel long-running searches to progress bars, redesigned consoles, and new horizontal tabs, Relativity is more user-friendly. Tooltips, revised help text, and intuitive error messages make it easier to act on the information you receive from Relativity.
Agents can now be created, deployed, and moved between hardware resources from within Relativity. A new standalone application, Relativity , allows you to analyze and monitor the health of your environment in real time.
Relativity-s APIs have been expanded, with easier setup and configuration for building applications. Improvements and additions to the Relativity SDK, including new web-based documentation, make it easier than ever to build on Relativity.
“This is our largest and most comprehensive release yet,” said Sieja. “We want it to make e-discovery faster and easier for our end users, and we-re excited to roll it out.”
