WELLAND, ONTARIO — (Marketwire) — 07/03/12 — CRS Electronics Inc. (“CRS” or the “Company”), (TSX VENTURE: LED), a developer and manufacturer of LED lighting, today announced the grant of new incentive stock options to acquire up to 450,000 common shares of the Company to certain non-management directors of the Company having a term of five years and an exercise price of $0.28 per share, vesting as to one-fourth at the end of each of the four months following the date of grant and subject to the terms of the Company-s stock option plan. The Company also announces that certain officers of the Corporation forfeited their outstanding stock options in order to facilitate the grant of options to the nonmanagement directors.
