Enterprise Alert 2012 combines advanced notification features and the ability to rapidly respond to critical IT incidents by enabling remote control of enterprise systems directly from a smartphone. Enterprise Alert 2012 sets new standards for smart and reliable alert notification workflows and introduces powerful new concepts for managing IT alerts in the enterprise environment, in particular by harnessing the power of smartphones.
