ATLANTA, GA — (Marketwire) — 03/27/12 — MDdatacor (MDD) announced today it has been selected as the vendor of choice to partner with members of the (ACOFP) to offer the Medical Home Quality Markers program, the college-s version of a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). The program is offered as a benefit to ACOFP members to position them to become recognized as a PCMH by the (NCQA) accrediting body.
The program will be supported with technology platform which will focus on patient data management and reporting for medical home recognition. The web-enabled platform requires no additional hardware or software purchase.
