Tarnacki brings more than 16 years of executive level experience in the field of human resources to her new role at WorkForce Software. She will also advise the senior leadership team on effective HR programs and improve overall efficiency in the HR department. She is a regular participant at numerous HR seminars and conferences and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
