OAKLAND, CA — (Marketwire) — 02/09/12 — Cloud supply chain platform provider GT Nexus today announced that it has hired Jason Zintak as executive vice president of global sales. Zintak will be responsible for setting the sales strategy and expanding field operations in a time of rapid company growth. Zintak also joins the GT Nexus executive team, which directs overall company strategy, operations and business development.
Zintak joins GT Nexus with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales and sales management. Most recently, he led the global sales and marketing organization for JDA Software. During his tenure, Zintak achieved record revenue results and was integral in growing JDA-s revenue and software sell price significantly across all geographic regions, expanding its operating margin, greatly increasing sales productivity, and conceiving and launching new product sales initiatives. Previously, and with similar success, Zintak headed sales for HCL-Axon Global, the largest standalone SAP consultancy at the time. He served as vice president, North America SAP Sales and Market Development for Capgemini, where he drove aggressive growth in pipeline, bookings and overall SAP market share. Zintak also spent eight years at SAP and held various sales and leadership roles.
“The demand for cloud-based supply chain management technology is growing tremendously as companies realize that cloud is the only efficient means by which to manage complex global supply chains.
